These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Palani Pandiyan Crafts website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You may need to create an account to place an order, save a wishlist, or track your orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• We make every effort to display our jewelry, including color, finish, and gemstone detail, as accurately as possible. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
• Prices are calculated based on the metal weight, prevailing gold/silver/platinum rates, making charges, gemstone value (where applicable), and applicable GST. Metal rates fluctuate daily and are updated on our website; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
• All gold and silver jewelry is BIS hallmarked, and gemstones are certified where applicable, in line with our commitment to certified purity.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, limit order quantities, or cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing error, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount paid.

• We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available for your location.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or the order is placed successfully (for COD orders). You will receive an order confirmation via email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

• We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹4,999; a nominal shipping fee applies below that.
• Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. High-value orders may require a signature on delivery for security.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

• We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery, for items in original, unused condition with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is defective or does not match the order.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned per the policy above.

All content on this website — including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics — is the property of Palani Pandiyan Crafts or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Palani Pandiyan Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
